I can't get my head around why people are selling at 4.9/5c ? I guess they think that either:

- the deal will not go through & raider will back out, so sell now for a certain 4.9c before SP falls after 90% is not reached

- raider will only get 70-80% but will pay out & the rest of us become minority SH's with no say in a Co run by the raiders for their benefit (but maybe that's not much different to current situation anyway ?)
