    Always nice to be of help to anyone sirjohnnyboy. And thanks for making me feel welcome.

    I, and possibly like you and many others here, will vote in favour of the resolution. For, EXS is doing the right thing in giving back to it's shareholders the excess Capital they will have available after the Cloncurry sale will reach completion.
    For what I can see and know, it is my view that the Management didn't need our approval to sell the Cloncurry project (I base my comment upon my past experiences when I am saying this), and yet they went to their shareholders to get the approval.

    That is a big tick and a big plus for me, hence why I will support it 100%. After all, there aren't many companies out there that are prepared/willing to to the same thing with their investors.
    Besides, what I am expecting to get/receive from these hopefully fully franked dividends, will cover what my entry price for EXS is, and it will leave me with shares that will be free carry form here on end.
