    I doubt if Jemma is doing anything right now but trying to save her bacon with a very dysfunctional City of Perth which has gone through 3 CEOs in 10 days. The Minister for LG has stepped in to consider suspending the Council. I'm not suggesting any of this dysfunction is Jemma's fault but she is the deputy mayor and has a mayor facing a number of charges
