This is disappointing but not necessarily surprising given his disclosure constraints. I find it odd he wouldn't answer what % stake OOK has purchased in NCX as this is public information for anyone who is willing to pull NCX's ASIC extract (any takers?). I also find it odd that there isn't a lot of clarity surrounding this investment in any of the announcements, but I theorise that this may be because the overarching deal was scuppered for the time being by the ASX, and OOK probably don't want to draw attention to the earlier investment. In any event, I expect to see an update soon in relation to the Sonos listing on Akela (scheduled for 2 weeks), and regarding the payment gateway.
