The AGM isn't until 8 August and given how quickly this can move I wouldn't be overly surprised if we were relatively close to the initial 6c trigger by the time the meetings rolls around. I also wouldn't mind her getting more shares with a higher trigger - however my suspicion it that this is just sweat equity OOK is paying in lieu of an increased salary. I still think a vend for Brontech is the final play here and Emma will get a decent chunk of the acquisition price in equity.
