Give her more shares if she can deliver a higher price !? I was thinking around the 10-15 cent range which is around a 40-50 MC.

Then she would have some skin in the game. the performance shares current aren't overly huge for her If she converts. Probably pocket money for her....

Give her a few hundred thousand worth and then we are talking.. she will be the one that will move the business forward... I highly doubt Faldi and co are blockchain savy enough to have a real understanding where OOK should be headed in the BC sector
