I think there there are 1,168 million shares.

From your figures 824,829,760/70.63% = 1,168 Million also so I'm not sure where 1,058,232,222 comes from.

Its a joint venture so 60% Minara and 40% Glencore. In addition glencore has 70% of the Minara shares. So of the 30000 tpa production Minara's share will be only 60% of that.

So the 10% more shares and 40% less production is why I only get 50% of your value for EPS.
