Thanks for that, but probably don't need to be reminded of that horrendous chart. From a tech point of view waht are you looking for? I see 21 as critical but in a morbid sort of way I would like to see these capitulate once and for all maybe down to 15 or 10cents. It seems like the only solution to this mess.Start from scratch . Maybe complete capitulation would make some realise the need for drastic change and force some changes, It's just plain stubborn pig headedness that sees us here.
