If I can ask, why do you think the brokers you mention are only increasing their price targets by such a small margin, considering their predicted increase in earnings?
It seems strange to me. Are they assuming that ROC will achieve 0 success in increasing the recovery rates of the existing fields?
I suppose if the share price goes a little lower, I will add to my small position.
Slightly off topic, now that ROC has pulled this off, surely other companies are starting to run the ruler over ROC. I hesitate to mention HZN, as their debt levels are too high currently for any real corporate action (however, to me the synergies are there), but could an Asian based company be interested?
