PDN, EQN, RIV and PNA are the likely winners with offshore mining assets. Like i mentioned the other day, Rudd has basically given RIV a free kick. Makes you wonder how long it will be before the majors, China and India take a swipe at us. Buying a company like RIV is a sure way to make up for the tax grab gap. It also allows the steel makers to suck up these companies and drive their costs down because they wont have to pay the tax and the miners will.dyor.
