    HAZ should let us know what is really happening on the ground in Vietnam.

    1/ electricity (I cannot find the website of that electricity company in Vietnam)
    2/ employees in VN
    3/ transportation
    4/ social conflict between Vietnamese and Chinese workers (serious social issues in Vietnam at the moment)

    I do not think that raw material is issue for HAZ.

    we can wait if we know what we have to wait for.
