    Agree with that but the old standalone alcidion is not.

    Even though Veritas has estimated a net profit of $0.7 million for FY19, +$2.7 million for MKM health and -$2 million for the standalone old Alcidion.

    This is why I am thinking the old Alcidion needed MKM Health more for its free cash flow generation.
