Great analysis @tt2000. What is also interesting in the DCF model are the brent oil and domestic gas forward looking price estimates. Also looks conservative based on east coast gas shortages - time will tell and SXY are a price taker, so so much can change in a short period of time, but I hold and as each day passes they are derisking each project.
