    From an Olaroz Construction Update announcement all the way back in 2014,  22 September...
    "Inventories of magnesium removed brine are being built up with the liming plant operating at 230 l/s, greater than the design throughput of 200l/s."

    It would be interesting to know what has changed and what their plans are to restore full performance.
    It should be one of the easier parts of the process to put right...
