Missed this in the quarterly - in the summary of early works in progress they mention During the quarter construction of a new reactor began at the existing primary Liming plant. This reactor will enable the primary Liming plant to process a higher flow rate of brine before the Stage 2 liming plant is built permitting brine stocks to be increased and facilitating the rapid filling of Stage 2 ponds.
That stops short of referring to it as a problem in the context of current production output - maybe something different has been stated to (or understood by) the analysts during their visit.
