i would be very very surprised to see any change to the operation at Isa in the copper stream. Particularly the smelting side. They would not be able to build another of those smelters anywhere (environmental).
And that is the reason I follow URL and others in the region because they will need to feed that smelter. Xstrata seem to have their finger in URL more than anyone else in the region.
Thanks for the link, I do remember that story about Legend.
But in the case of Xstrata it isnt going to happen.
