mark my word, you watch how many property stocks run in the 2nd half of the year, so many property companies have their earnings skewed towards the back half od the calenday year.Also I think that confidence will be restored in the LPT market and borrowing conditions will become easier.
The whole Centro MFS etc has been a signifcant cause of the depreciation of many healthy property companies in particular QLD based ones such as WTP and FKP
