4% controls 74% which is approx 100 shareholders and within this the top 20 control 60%...
There is a core 12 or so original/long term, practically related parties, in here that control the whole show.
So the company is basically a "private" listed company and you have to trust that these guys will make this work and make everyone a cart load in the process.
