firstly can't blame me for realestate being inaccurate we all know how those guys operate, so if anyone touches my 4 thumbs up, we'll just don't think about it secondly I have been wondering how does it work when a building goes live and it's only part tenanted do they quote as if it is fully tenanted or just what is being used at the time it goes live
Last thing most have probably figured out I don't really know much about shares however one thing I have figured out is that lpe will become massively profitable especially with the reoccurring income and I would hope that the directors would actually be happy to make us (shareholders) rich considering we all put our dickandballs on the chopping block when we invested in a spec stock, I think their mums would give them a stern talking to if they missbehave 450 or bust
