@djwally, my figures mainly come from state one's research. They have mentioned for typical 30 to 40 unit community LPE's upfront cost is $25000 (page 6). Then in page 10 they said "$2.5 million required for every 50 GWh sale". That gives me 0.5 GWh for strata communities with 30 - 40 apartments.
Your figures are OK for an individual but what you have missed is common areas. Such as heated swimming pool, spa, BBQ area, 24/7 Gym with air conditioning, ducted air conditioned corridors and the list goes on. Most of the time common areas consume more electricity than all other individual occupants combined. It's all good. Company is doing well
@getready, thanks for sharing that data. 3.4 GWh for 255 apartments means 5 GWh for 380 apartments. That is in line with my calculations in my previous post.
