Hi Djwally, where do you get this figure from? To my understanding, Typical 30 -40 Unit Strata community consumes 0.5 GWh per anum . So with 240 Apartments we are looking for 3 -4 GWh per anum.

Now the keywords for KLCSecurity post was "word of the realestate agent though"

So with 380 apartment - we may be expecting 4.75 to 6 GWh from this complex alone.

I went for a walk today at Blamey St, Kelvin Grove around 1:15 PM. I saw two Electricians pickup and a BMW parked outside their rental office. They could be LPE's contractors. Also the picture of the big building posted here, that wasn't all. I found rental office is in the next building beside it. That was also huge.
