Ann: JARWILL PTY LTD REQUESTS TO VOLUNTARILY ESCROW ALL HOLDINGS IN LPE
Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited (ASX: LPE) (the Company) wishes to inform shareholders that
Jarwill Pty Ltd has requested that the 35,600,032 ordinary shares issued last month on the conversion of
performance shares be placed under voluntary escrow until 4 January 2018, in line with all other vendor
shares. Jarwill’s shares are part of the original Vendor shares issued on the Reverse Takeover of Stratum
Metals Limited in December 2015.
Jarwill Pty Ltd is the 4th largest holder of LPE and the company wishes to thank the Directors of Jarwill Pty Ltd
for this show of confidence in the current and future performance of LPE.
