Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited (ASX: LPE) (the Company) is pleased to inform shareholders of an additional 6.52GWh in billing contracts Under Management (UM) through the month of February, representing an 8.21% increase over the month.
During the month LPE received strong institutional investor support by successfully raising $5.78 million via a 289 million share issue. Proceeds from the Placement will be used to convert communities currently under contract to under management along with accelerating growth throughout South East Queensland and into regional New South Wales. The introduction of institutional investors onto the register of the Company pre-profit is a testament to the model and rate of growth of the Company.
LPE is proud of the strong start to the calendar year 2017, consistently adding to communities Under Contract (UC) and streamlining the process of converting communities to Under Management (UM), moving closer to our near-term goal of operational cash flow positivity.
