Anyhow there's a Lip for Breakout, A forming of a Base for projection of breakout and a handle requirement of max 1/3rd retrace lip towards base.
Anyhow

MRF doesn't Qualify for a cup'n' handle class.
Just on the Handle being what's called in Falling Knife Mode still shows that.
Along with doubtful lip and False Breakout of Lip and
well one would have to be chasing butterflies or sniffing helium or amyl nitrate
to think the Cup and Handle was in Operation
