I telephoned for a quote on funeral insurance. Coy. took a week to respond and then phoned early (during breakfast!). Asked to call back in an hour and responded next day. Said he was very busy which I guess is encouraging although could talk under water with a mouth full of wet cement. Very high pressure which I did not appreciate & told him so. Took little effect! The caller left me a little unsettled but I guess we will see the resulted when next profit figures emerge.
