BRAMBLES COMPLETES SALE OF CLEANAWAY AUSTRALIA AND
NEW ZEALAND AND INDUSTRIAL SERVICES AUSTRALIA
TO KOHLBERG KRAVIS ROBERTS
Brambles announced today that it had completed the sale of Cleanaway Australia and New
Zealand and Industrial Services Australia to Rubus Intermediate One Pty Ltd, an affiliate of
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, the US private equity firm, in accordance with the agreement
announced on 19 June 2006.
