anyone else think that stocks like HVN, FANTASTIC furniture will have a mini boom once people start to get back on their feet and have to replace lost items from the floods.
surely there is some short term pain in the brisbane retail sector, but there will be a lot of replacements that will have to be undertaken as the city rebuilds itself...
any thoughts?
