It seems to me that AC & E Capital's investor is happy to stump up the cash for a 50% stake in FFF at 3.5 cents or there abouts.
From what i understand FFF is making sure the investor is ok (Aussie John) i hope......
Things are looking very bright for FFF, a new lease of life once the capital injection wipes out most of its debt. Then the PE ratio will look tiny compared to MOC etc and share price will rally.
2013 should be a great year for FFF holders.
