As much as the process is frustrating I take some comfort that if the case was as simple as a few cheques as Glnya likes to explain then the judge would have returned long ago and said hand back some money and a token amount as compensation.

But he hasnt and I think it is because the case is very complex and he wading through so many issues.

If CHM satisfy him that the vital first payments came from CHM and were done in an illegal manner how do you weight up what those payments are worth.

As Glyna points out MMX have raised capital after and expended effort to progress the assets.

But you still cant get away from the fact if he believes CHM that MMX only have these assets because of CHM.

CHM havent asked just asked for cash but also for an interest in the assets.

Its not a huge amount of money invested but it was the most at risk money so what would this seed investment be worth and its not simple straight line percentages as the earliest money always gets a better return than the later investment funds.

It would do my head trying to work it out so maybe he needed a holiday to rest his head.
