Whilst it may be prudent to query the security of HAZ's investment in Vietnam I cannot believe, even with the current management, that they would endeavour to raise $10 million if they didn't believe the investment would work.
The venture should be a win win for the Company and for the government.
Accordingly lets be optimistic and hope it all comes good, otherwise it's an unmitigated disaster.
