    I never mentioned relative ratios of production from brine and hard rock in China?????

    The point is they have domestic capacity which has more recently taken on foreign feed stock. Which suggests it was established for Chinese conditions, and is not optimally representative of potential performance of all global feed stocks - which is what you guys are trying to extrapolate.
