Totally agree ... I might just highlight one line in that DB paragraph:
"We estimate average utilisation rates of local spodumene based manufacturers were at 50%"
Hence 50% of their requirement is not being met.
Which supports why one Chinese spodumene processing facility fell over due to lack of supplies.
Therefore - 8 MOUs for PLS this totally makes sense... it is logical.
Happy days ahead for PLS - would be interesting to be part of the negotiations.
