Considering that was 2011 and the plant is 2 years still in ramp up from when it was meant to be started is there a chance... slight chance that those numbers are wrong ?
Or in 1 years time now they have 100% paid back ..... maybe not ?
They clearly got all their numbers wrong buddy.
