    After many years in finance - no one is going to build a factory of this magnitude and not lock in a key raw input. It will be a key term of financing most of these factories unless they are purely equity funded (very unlikely).

    I hope that the PLS board keeps an open mind to these emerging opportunities as it could provide a significant up lift in the value of PLS to the benefit of the board, employees of PLS and all shareholders.

    So even if (still not substantiated) that Greenbushes is being run lower than capacity (unlikely in my mind) it is just another drop of rain in a thunderstorm of what is required.

    2/3 of China production is setup for Spodumene - check Deutsche Bank report - why would you go Brine and take the risk you become less preferred due to the lower grade... also Brine costs are higher...
