"HILLAM PROCEEDINGS – SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE
With reference to the legal proceedings commenced in the NSW Supreme Court on 23 February
2010 by John F Hillam against Ivan P Lewis, Mintech Resources Pty Ltd, Goldus Pty Ltd and
Mawson Gold NL detailed in an announcement by Royal Resources Limited to the ASX on 9 July, 2010, Royal is pleased to announce that Hillam, Royal and Razorback have agreed to resolve the disputes between them on the terms and conditions contained in Deed of Settlement and Release (Deed), without any admission of liability by Royal or Razorback.

Under the Deed, Mr Hillam acknowledges that:

Razorback is the absolute legal and beneficial owner of, and has full title to, EL4267 free from any Encumbrance;"
