Hi guys.... I too look forward to the report from RBx which I’m sure will be up to his usual brilliant standard.

As to the drifting down of the share price in recent weeks..... there is one very obvious reason that springs to mind.

Kazia were awarded a 4.9% of Noxopharm shares a while ago in a settlement agreement. Those share are currently held in escrow and therefore cannot be traded. However.... I believe that those shares are free from escrow next Thursday on the 14th of June. There is no indication of what Kazia will do on or after that date.

If they decide to sell their 4.9% of the company in a hurry then it’s pretty certain that would have an effect on the NOX shareprice. If they decide to hold for a while then it might still weigh on the shareprice because of the uncertainty. If they sell slowly and carefully into the market.... well that might go on for a while.

Either way... if you believe that even one of the irons in the fire of the current NOX programmes will come good.... including the Nyrada venture.... then you might be justified in thinking that the current low entry price to buy into NOX..... could be seen as a great buying opportunity.

If Kazia are smart they will make some kind of statement next week as to their intentions. After all.... they have a potentially extremely valuable stake in this very promising company. They would be very foolish to risk selling out that stake for a pittance. However.... if they need cash badly enough.... then they will have to settle for below an optimum value.

If that happens..... the smart money will be picking up a bargain in my estimation. (grin)
