- "Invest $425 million over five years to promote WA and showcase our unique regional destinations including Albany, Bremer Bay and the Fitzgerald River National Park."

For a town that only has a population of 600, Bremer Bay features quite a lot in the new government's plans for the South West. Like Kalbarri, Bremer Bay relies heavily on the tourist industry. At peak times the population can swell to 10,000.
Also like Kalbarri, is the problems it has keeping the lights on.
I know politicians, don't always do what they say they will do ( ) but if they go anywhere near spending the $425 million they have promised, fixing Bremer Bay's power problem would have to be one of them I am thinking.
It is worth reading through the link to see what the government wants to do for the region.
Many of WA's infrastructure projects are funded by Royalties for Regions. Perhaps it is the turn of the South West to receive the next new project.
