Waddikee: *Historical exploration by Western Mining identified occurrences of high grade hematite (up to 51% Fe) at the Kelly Prospect and magnetite at the Jamieson Tank Prospect (up to 60% Fe). Recent rock chip sampling has produced assays of up to 60% iron, 43.8% manganese and 1.13% vanadium pentoxide.
*Tenement position covers 1000 km2 with more than 80km of interpreted strike length of prospective banded iron formation and is located in the same province as the OneSteel and Centrex Metals deposits
*Rail and road infrastructure exists within the tenement which connects to Onesteels steelworks at Whyalla and deep water port at Port Lincoln
What is more exciting though is that I read the February PDAC Presentaion, and saw that it was only AFTER 8 pages on the Punt Hill project, that they finally gave some pages about Waddikee iron & manganese. Then I read the March & April presentations, and low & behold!!! The Waddikee had been moved to the FRONT, and Punt Hill pushed back to second place!
Now these are the things I like to look for ... subtle shifts in the paradigm! This sends out a flag to me ... Something has changed their priorities ... they think Waddikee is now the company-maker!
Mmmmh!
I am going to keep digging
cheers
