IGT Has signed cross licencing agreements with
AGS Mostly Class 2
Scientific games
ALL in 2016
AGI recently
Aruze in april this year
Konami in June in exchange for fees
There has been virtually no details released as to the terms of the agreements other than some of the companies they've done deals with are paying licencing fees to them.
I would assume they've done the deals to get some revenue from game titles they consider down on their premium offerings. Also I guess it could put pay to the usual waste of money when they sue each other over patents.
Looks like business as usual.
