I've had my eye on Avb for a while. Cash is still a concern for me with that one and the numbers from the qtrly were less impressive than I had hoped. Not enough net positive for my liking. At the right price it's a definite buy.
I love SFR at the right price. No debt, plenty of exploration upside but they must succeed or things get tight. Copper at 3 would help build our war chest at a good clip - which would give us greater degrees of freedom for acquisitions to diversify our portfolio. It's a safe stock which can withstand copper at 2. Exploration success is key as others have pointed out.
