I too have been watching this.
Bought a whole swag when the Director resignation notice came out and it dropped to 1.6c
Thought that drop was strange since he had notified the compant 12 months in advance and it already was in their quartely reports.
In terms of what we are waiting for, well I am waiting for
1. The rest of the Geochem mapping from Lightning
2. Notice of when they are going to drill Lightning.
3. Any IP or drilling results from Yeoval.

IMHO I though this stock was way undervalued.
Sure the Yeoval JORC are currently a bit of a joke, but I can see plenty of upside across most their exploration areas and at least they have something.
Just hoping they let the share price get to something decent before the next raising.
