This is just my simple opinion, which could be proven completely wrong, as the property transaction could blow valuations beyond my expectations; however i don't like to look a gifthorse in the mouth for too long and you would suspect the company is looking a lot more fully valued at a mc close to $20M than when it was $6-7M.
Would normally have taken some profits by now as it is, but the rise has been slow and steady and it's simply been a case of staying in the game with the upwards momentum.
