Exactly was just discussing this with a friend, this price area was the break down of the right shoulders high 2014 of head and shoulder break down. Since then has rejected this price 2015, 2016 and maybe again now. This does not mean a fall back only to rebound down the track as a cup & saucer break out, just sayin
