Most the volume today is only 2 pips below... Pretty depressing pump and dump is it is that.
More likely that buyer will hold at 2.8-3.0 and pick up traders shares then boost the price upwards to ensure their purchase looks healthy. Unless you know the brokers instructions it's hard to know what will happen.
