Walls like that generally get taken out... I dont know the logic/reasoning behind it but whenever there is a large order at a certain value (say more than 10 times any other price) it gets bought more than 90% of the time. But that doesnt mean it will finish the day above 13. If I was going to bet, 13 will get touched today at the least. 95% chance of that happening.
