Check it out. New 12 months high, and perfect cup and handle pattern. And fundamental is excellent, traded at 70% of book value, and 80% of NTA.
Downside is that the stock is not very liquid. Could be easily manipulated up or down, and not so many people understand this stock, and the company did not do anything to promote itself.
