CUL’s last major volume day was back in Dec 2011 when there were ~600m shares on the register. That was one month after Chi-X opened for business in Australia. I don’t have the Chi-X trade data for 14 Dec 2011, but let’s assume it was about 5% of the total CUL volume of 57m traded on the ASX. That’s 2,870,000 + ~57m = ~60m in one day or about 10% of the register. April 13 2016, CUL’s second biggest volume day, 124m trades were made on the ASX from a total of ~128m (Chi-X inc) from a register of 1.7 billion shares. That’s about … 10% of the register.

In both case, the SP moved relatively very little on the day.
