Have always had a keen eye on CUL . They remind of the little engine that could . Blowing a lot of steam but barely moving . I admire how they stay in the game . One of those companies that wouldn't surprise you if one day you took a look and they were $2 . They are a glass 1/2 empty or a glass 1/2 full .Have always had the feeling their day will come .They are moving with the times . Time to jump on board .
