IMO, it is simply that. The 11m odd shares have been escrowed for 2 years and without knowing the full details of the original holders, you could make a case to believe they were original founder shares and probably cost around the 10c mark anyway....just my view, no facts. If someone knows, i am happy to be corrected.

As mentioned in my post on 28/4, I believe the selling will continue for a while yet. Also, the way the selling has been taking place, IMO, the holder(s) may be simply moving the shares to their personal superannuation or trusts etc. Again, happy to be corrected.

With regard to a placement around 10c, I would fall off my chair if KEY came out with placement “full stop” given they have 7m in the bank. If they were to do a placement and dilute the shareholders, you would hope it was part of a significant acquisition with great long term benefits to their shareholders. Let's wait and see what comes out on that front.
