Nice to see it close with an actual bid at 21.5 cents. Its been hitting 21.5 cents intraday, but being churned lower by the accumulator. Either the accumulator has realised that they need to up the ante a little to shake lose a few more shareholders (sellers at 21.5 cents or lower are exhausted), or we have a new largish buyer getting involved.
